THERAPY FOR ANXIETY

Anxiety can make even simple decisions feel heavier than they need to be. You find yourself replaying conversations, wondering if you said the wrong thing, preparing for what could go wrong, or looking for reassurance before you can feel settled. Even when things are going well, your mind can still find something to worry about.

My work with anxiety is not only about helping you calm the feeling when it shows up. Together, we begin to understand what keeps the anxiety going, what you have learned to believe about yourself or other people, and what may be making it difficult to trust your own judgment. From there, we can work on responding differently so anxiety does not have to make every decision for you.

You are tired of questioning yourself and thinking through every possible outcome.
