THERAPY FOR DEPRESSION

You are getting through your days, but you do not feel like yourself.

Depression does not always mean that you have stopped functioning. You can still go to work, take care of your family, show up for other people, and handle what needs to get done while feeling disconnected, exhausted, unmotivated, or empty inside. Life may look fine from the outside while you are wondering why it does not feel that way to you.

My work with depression goes beyond helping you get through the day. Together, we can begin to understand what you have been carrying, the experiences and beliefs that may be affecting how you see yourself, and the patterns that have kept you feeling stuck. As you understand more of your story, we can work toward helping you reconnect with yourself, what matters to you, and the parts of your life you want to experience differently.
